You don’t have to be a yoga fanatic to take part in this retreat – just be open to many healthy benefits to the body, mind and soul offered by the practice – and willing to have a little fun along the way.

The weekend’s program begins Friday evening, with a delicious dinner followed later by a session of yoga nidra. Yoga nidra (or yogic sleep) is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping. It is a state in which the body is completely relaxed, and the practitioner becomes systematically and increasingly aware of the inner world by following a set of verbal instructions – the perfect way to set you up for a revitalizing weekend.

Saturday will begin with ‘wake up yoga’ before a hearty breakfast, and the rest of the program will include dynamic yoga, a meditation workshop, restorative yoga, and island mindfulness walk and vinyasa yoga on the beach.

All activities are optional, but there’s plenty of time to chill out in between and take advantage of every session – and a relaxing massage is also included in the package.

As well, all meals and snacks included – amazing meals that are gluten and dairy free. They include Buddha Bowls, Thai Green Curry (vegetarian or chicken version), Eggs Benedict ‘Reflections style’ and the retreat’s own homemade protein bread.
