GIVEN the upcoming unfavorable weather conditions moving towards Vanuatu this week, Air Vanuatu wishes to remind its valued customers to reconfirm their flights at least 24 hours prior to departure.
The airline says flight disruptions may be expected and customers will be provided with a re-adjusted itinerary, subject to availability. Customers are able to update their local contact details by logging in ‘My Booking’ on www.airvanuatu.com.
“Whilst we understand that this may cause some inconvenience, our team is happy to assist whenever possible,” said a spokesman.
“Please check our website or our Facebook Page for any major updates.
“As per our conditions of carriage, the airline is not responsible for the extra expenses incurred by the customers as a result of inclement weather conditions. Should you require a letter for insurance claim purposes, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org”.
